Bio: Phillip movd to Elkin after retiring as an Assistant Professor of Philosophy, British Lit, Composition and Rhetoric (whew). Forced into retirement by severe cervical injuries, he took up wood-working in order to pass his time. He has since branched out into leather and metal work, and looks forward to melding the three fields. He is self taught in these craft areas Phillip has sold and published several short stories, published numerous scholastic works, and sold CDs of his electronic Compositions. A highlight for him was the performance of one of his compositions by the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra.
